Set up discount
Sometimes restaurants want to promote customer spending or clear inventory, they will apply discounts. Applying discounts is a common marketing strategy in the restaurant system, which can make customers feel affordable and advantageous, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Currently, our discount function is divided into two types. One type requires operation on the POS system to set the discount when placing an order; the other type involves setting a fixed discount value in the backend in advance.
If you need to set as fixed % or $ discount in the backend, you can do in Peppr as follows:
Click Guest → +New offer to set a fixed discount.
Enter the required information.
When you apply a discount on the POS, you can see the discount option set in advance.
