Beehub Inc. operating under the brand name Peppr ("Beehub", "Peppr", "we", "us", and/or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Personal Information. When using our application, the website or other necessary tools and systems(collectively referred to as "Services"), Beehub may collect, use, store, and share your personal information. To transparently outline our procedures regarding your personal information, we have established this Privacy Statement ("this Statement").
Before you use Beehub products and services, please be sure to carefully read this Statement and fully understand the contents of the terms hereof.
1. What personal information we collect
Beehub may collect personal information from you when you access and use our Services. This information may include your name, contact information, payment details, and any other information you provide to us. We may also collect certain additional information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information for the purpose of improving our Services and enhancing your user experience. Here are the types of personal information we collect:
Personal information collected through the Services
· If you are a merchant using the Services, we will collect personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, email, date of birth and phone number. We may also collect additional information, such as your tax identification number, national identification number (e.g. Social Security number or passport number) as well as your banking and payment card information.
· If you are a guest using the Services at one of our merchant's restaurants, we will collect your payment information to facilitate transaction processing. This information is shared with the necessary payment institutions for processing purposes. The data collected may include your payment card information such as the brand, card number, security code and expiration date, transaction information and details. Please be aware that we do not retain this information.
Information collected automatically. We collect information automatically when you visit our websites, complete a transaction, or use our online services. Information collected automatically may include: information about your device, such as your device type/model, number and device ID (e.g., MAC address), information about your browser, settings (e.g., language) and operating system; your internet protocol (IP) address (including, in some instances, your perceived location); unique advertising and related identifiers; transactional and purchase information; and browsing and usage activity, such as the referring domain, what websites/content you have viewed or actions you have taken on a particular website.
information collected from other sources. We may also collect personal information about you from third parties including our business partners, identity verification services, credit bureaus (if applicable), banks and other financial institutions and credit card companies.
2. How we use personal information
We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services. These purposes include:
· Provide, maintain and support our services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products or services, process payments, and enable access and usage of services for Merchants and their employees.
· Operating and managing our business.We use your personal information to take service performance analysis including workforce enhancement and service development, generating analytics for our benefit and that of our merchants, evaluating service effectiveness, service and website improvement.
· Provide, troubleshoot, and improve our services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of our services.
· Comply with legal obligation. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws.
· Fraud Prevention and Credit Risks. We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, Beehub, and others. We may also use scoring methods to assess and manage credit risks.
3. How we share personal information
In certain instances, Beehub will share the personal information it collects from you or otherwise processes from you in order to provide our Services or fulfill the other purposes within this Statement. Otherwise, Beehub will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual.
Beehub may share personal information as part of providing the Services. This includes:
(a) with our Merchants and our Merchants' Employees for the purposes of providing the Services to you, fulfilling your requests and for the other purposes described in this Statement. As part of providing the Services (for example, when you complete a transaction at a Merchant's restaurant), we will share your order information with the Merchant. In certain cases, where a merchant is part of a larger management group, this may include sharing that information with other restaurants within that group as part of your future dining experiences;
(b) with our third-party business partners in order to provide, maintain, improve and expand our services;
· with third-party integration partners selected by the merchant or with whom you do business where Beehub is instructed to share your information as part of the Services;
· with our parent, subsidiary, or affiliate companies, agents (if any) for the purposes outlined above;
· with third parties to provide, maintain and improve our services, including service providers who access information about you to perform services on our behalf or on behalf of our merchants, such as hosting and information technology services, payment services, identity verification and fraud prevention services, marketing and advertising services, data analytics and personalization services and customer support services.
(c) in connection with, or during the negotiation of, any merger, sale of company stock or assets, financing, acquisition, divestiture or dissolution of all or a portion of our business; or
(d) if we believe it is authorized or necessary to:
· protect our rights or property, or the security or integrity of our Services;
· enforce the terms of our terms of service or other applicable agreements or policies;
· protect us, users of our Services or the public from harm or potentially prohibited or illegal activities;
· investigate, detect and prevent fraud and security breaches; or
· comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request (including, for example, a court order, subpoena, or search warrant).
We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized information derived from the Services that does not directly identify you, including device information and information derived from cookies and log files with third parties for the purposes described in this Statement.
4. How we store your personal information
We will keep your personal information within the minimum retention period necessary for the purposes stated in this Statement and required by laws and regulations.
We will store your personal information in the U.S. on AWS which is our cloud service provider.
5. Cookies and Similar Technology
Beehub may use cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies as part of providing the Services and for the purposes described in this Statement to provide our Services, to uniquely identify you and/or your device, to store your preferences as part of providing the Services, to personalize and targeted advertising purposes, to analyze and monitor the performance of our Services.
There are other tracking technologies, such as web beacons/GIFs, pixels, page tags, embedded scripts, that consist of small transparent image files or other web programming code that record how you interact with websites, mobile applications and services. They are often used in conjunction with web browser cookies or other identifiers associated with your device.
You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences, such as clearing all cookies saved on your computer, mobile device or in the software, but you may not be able to fully experience some of our convenience and security services.
6. How we protect your personal information
We attach great importance to the safety of users' personal information. To this end, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures commonly used in the industry, such as network isolation, data encryption, employee access control and other measures.
Please be aware that although we have taken reasonable measures to protect your information, no system or network is absolutely safe, so we will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage arising from or related to information safety.
If a personal information security event unfortunately occurs, we will notify you of the following matters in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security event; the disposal measures we have taken or will take; the advice you can take to prevent and reduce risks independently; and your remedial measures, etc. We will notify you of the relevant situation of the event by email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the subjects of personal information one by one, we will release an announcement in a reasonable and effective way. Meanwhile, we will also report the response to the personal information security event according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
7. Third-party services
We may provide links to other websites and services (including applications and mini programs operated by third parties) for your convenience of access and reference. These services and websites may operate independently from us and may have their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review before you use any of their services or conduct any activities on those websites. To the extent that any linked websites you visit are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for their contents, their privacy practices and the quality of their services.
8. Your rights and choices
We understand that you may want to update, correct or otherwise manage your personal information that we process as well as manage how Beehub communicates with you. This includes communications relevant to the Services or fulfilling a particular interaction with you as well as marketing communications where we have your consent or as otherwise permitted under the applicable law. Depending on the nature of your relationship with Beehub, we may provide you with the capability to manage your personal information directly as part of the Services or by contacting Beehub.
You can manage your personal information by yourself as logging into your account. In other instances, if applicable, see the instructions provided as part of the Services or contact us as described in the "How to contact us" section of this Statement. We may need to verify your identity before changing or correcting your information. In certain instances, we may not be able to make the correction or accommodate the request due to legal, contractual or technical restrictions.
9. The Minors' personal information
Our Services are not targeted or directed at the minors, and we do not intend to, or knowingly, collect or solicit personal information from minors. You may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of the minor's parent or guardian. If we learn that any personal information we collected has been provided by a minor, we will promptly delete that personal information. For the collection of personal information of minors with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information if permitted by law, explicitly agreed by parents or guardians or necessary to protect minors.

We may update, change, modify or amend this Statement from time to time, in order to comply with the applicable law or our changing business practices. Unless we are required by the applicable law to provide a prescribed form of notice and/or obtain consent, updated versions of this Statement may be posted on this website with additional communication. Addendum A – United States (California)
This additional state-specific privacy disclosure page ("Disclosure") supplements the privacy statement and is effective as of May, 2024. The privacy statement describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures are required by the California Privacy Rights Act:
1. Categories of personal information collected. The personal information that we collects, or has collected from consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, fall into the following categories established by the California Privacy Rights Act, depending on which our Service is used:
· identifiers such as your name,address, email address, phone numbers, IP address, your our account log-in information, or a government-issued identifier;
· personal information, such as a credit card number or other payment information;
· internet or other electronic network activity information, including content interaction information, such website browsing activity and interactions, advertisement interactions;
· sensory information, such as audio recordings as part of support services or customer calls;
· professional information, for example data you may provide about your business if you are a merchant or a merchant employee;
· inference data, such as information about your purchase preferences.
2. Categories of personal information share for a business purpose. The personal information that we disclosed to the third parties identified in the "How we share personal information" section of the Privacy Statement for a business purpose in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure falls into the following categories established by the California Privacy Rights Act, depending on which Beehub Service is used:
· identifiers;
· personal information;
· commercial information;
· inference data.
3. Your Data Rights: You may have certain data rights under state privacy laws, including to request information about the collection of your personal information by Beehub, to access your personal information, and to correct or delete your personal information. If you wish to do any of these things, please contact our Support Service. You may also have the right to appeal the denial of any of these rights by submitting a form that will be provided to you if we deny a data request. Depending on your data choices, certain services may be limited or unavailable. To ensure the security of your Beehub account, we will generally ask you to verify your request using the contact information you have already provided.
4. No sale of personal information. In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, Beehub has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
5. Sensitive Personal Information Disclosure. The categories of data that Beehub collects and discloses for a business purpose include "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act. Beehub does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose not expressly permitted by the California Privacy Rights Act.
6. Retention Disclosure.We keep your personal information to enable your continued use of our Services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in the our Privacy Statement, as permitted or as may be required by law, or as otherwise communicated to you.
7. Non-discrimination Statement. We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Privacy Rights Act.
8. Identified Data Disclosure. We may use de-identified data in some instances. We either maintains such data without attempting to re-identify it or treats such data as personal data subject to applicable law.
